UK shops remove UK VAT on export. You then pay EU customs duty (since 1 July 2026 also on small parcels: a flat €3 per item type up to €150), shipping, and 23% Slovak import VAT on the lot. Shops using Global-e (LR Parts, LRDirect, Paddock Spares) collect this at checkout.
No customs. The price shown already includes VAT, and big shops charge Slovak VAT. Shipping is added when the shop states it; otherwise the part is marked 'shipping not included'.
From breakers and marketplaces such as Ovoko, RRR.lt, B-Parts or Allegro. Check fitment by part number and VIN range, and ask about returns before you pay.
Fitting, coding and paint. Exchange deposits on remanufactured parts. Courier clearance fees on UK parcels not pre-paid at checkout. A proposed EU handling fee of about €2 per item may apply from November 2026.
